Our core services include Care+, Women's Health, 24/7 Primary Care, Elderly Care, and Kids Health Care. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our services at any time.
2. User Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to form a binding contract to use our platform. By signing up for a ReadyCare Health account, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Care+ Membership
Care+ is a membership program that provides access to general and selective comprehensive healthcare services. Membership fees are subject to change, and we may terminate your Care+ membership if you violate these terms or engage in any fraudulent activity.
4. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
You are responsible for attending scheduled appointments with healthcare providers. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential cancellation fees.
5. Telemedicine Consultations
Telemedicine consultations are provided via various communication channels, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom, Teams, phone calls, and Google Meet. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private environment during virtual consultations.
6. Data Privacy
Your use of ReadyCare Health's services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using our platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:
Accessing or tampering with non-public areas of our platform or systems
Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or healthcare providers
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ReadyCare Health provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ReadyCare Health, its affiliates, or its healthcare providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or services.
